Lone Oak by Cynthia St Charles
From the Hand Dyed Gallery
Size in inches: 31 x 32

Price: $400

This piece was started in a David Walker workshop in 2003. It languished in a drawer for years before I felt ready to complete it. For a while, all my quilts seemed to contain images of trees, which are thought to represent the individual psyche in psychological projective assessment - something I was doing in my work as a school psychologist at that time.

This piece contains some of my very first hand dyed fabrics.
