Artquilts in the Tyvek Gallery: All Alone and Blue Doodles #1 The Last IQ Test Mystic Seagrass Rise of the Phoenix Zinnia Garden Cross Section		The Last IQ Test by Cynthia St Charles From the Tyvek Gallery Size in inches: 34 x 39 Price: $850 This piece is was inspired by the art of Freidensreich Hundertwasser and was motivated by a bad day at work. The surface image (face and spiral) was painted on Tyvek® using pigment dyes. This was laid over a pieced quilt top and layered with batting and backing. After machine quilting, the piece was ironed, causing the Tyvek® to melt slightly, creating an interesting surface texture.
